Choosing
Which size and finish?
Measure the existing fitting before ordering — the size in mm on the product page is the fitting itself, not the packaging. Finish is a look, not a strength rating.
What do the numbers on the page mean?
Every product page carries size, material and finish, listed as the maker publishes them. Where a figure is not published we leave it blank rather than invent one.
Buying and delivery
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that, one flat ₹69 covers the whole order — no handling, packing, fuel or remote-area fees.
How long does it take?
Handling is 1 to 3 business days, then transit 3 to 9 business days — about 3 to 5 business days to metro PIN codes and 5 to 9 business days elsewhere in India. Total from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: 4 to 12 business days. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST join the next working day queue.
How can I pay?
UPI before dispatch, or Cash on Delivery when the parcel arrives. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal, there is no card form on this site, and we do not offer EMI. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
Do you ship outside India?
No. We deliver within India only.
On arrival
Is this normal, or is it a fault?
Normal: a light protective film on plated finishes and small tool marks on the hidden face. A fault is different: the thread is stripped, the finish is scratched out of the box, a screw pack is missing, or the size does not match the size printed on the page. Report a fault within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
Is anything not included?
Unless the product page lists it in the box, no — we do not supply wall plugs for your wall type, power tools and consumable drill bits, because a plug must match brick, block or drywall, and bits wear at a rate only you can predict. Buy those locally.
Care, returns and warranty
How do I look after it?
Keep plated finishes dry, do not clean them with an abrasive, and tighten to hand-firm rather than with a driver on full torque.
What is the return window?
7 days from delivery. The item must be unused, complete in the original packaging, with the invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days once it reaches us.
Is there a warranty?
We offer no six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own and we do not claim one. Where the maker provides a warranty, the card in the box governs it and we will point you to the right service channel. What we cover is condition on arrival.
Can I visit and see one?
No — we are online only, with no shop or showroom to visit. The registered address is where orders are packed and dispatched. That is exactly why size, material and finish are spelled out on every product page.
